Pablo founded Nuage Designs in 2004, bringing his vision and creative direction to every facet of the company. Passionate about aligning decisions with Nuage's mission and values, he leads an incredible team dedicated to elevating event experiences.

Outside of work, Pablo finds inspiration traveling the world, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time with his beloved dogs.

Eleanor Scola

Director of Sales

Eleanor joined Nuage in 2012, dedicating her early career to sales and business development throughout the Southeast and Midwest United States. Her years working alongside hundreds of clients have shaped her passion for building a team culture that is rooted in service, collaboration, and true work-life balance.

Outside the office, she’s all about lifting weights, binging podcasts, and escaping on far-flung adventures with her husband and two kids.

Francis Disla

Senior Director of Operations

Joining Nuage in 2024, Francis brings a passion for helping others and bridging the gap between people and technology. His focus is on supporting teams to achieve operational efficiency by empowering each team member’s unique talents.

Outside the office, Francis is an avid music lover who enjoys fixing computers, driving fast cars, and playing golf.

CFO

As CFO of Nuage, Michelle is all about marrying the numbers to the beauty of Nuage. The linens, furniture, and tabletop are only part of the equation. It's the people here that make magic - the team, clients, and vendors. If she can make the numbers align for everyone at stake, then she'll feel triumphant in what she does.

When Michelle is not knee-deep in spreadsheets, you can find her plotting her next vacation, reading a novel, or chauffeuring her kids, Lili and Lucas, across Miami.

Social, Brand & Marketing Manager

Originally from Lisbon, Portugal, Ana brings a deep passion for content creation, authenticity, and purposeful engagement to her role as Social Media, Brand & Marketing Manager at Nuage.

When Ana is not posting to socials or behind a lens, you'll find her relaxing at the beach, baking something delicious with her husband and 3 kids, or hosting friends for an epic barbecue.

Since 2016, Camila has been a vital part of the Nuage team, passionately contributing to key milestones in our clients' lives. She thrives on creating memorable experiences that resonate with joy and significance.

Outside of work, Camila loves spending sunny days at the beach with her family, getting crafty with her two kids, and savoring a good book alongside a perfectly brewed cup of coffee. Her warmth and creativity shine through in everything she does.

Out of office hours, you can find Hunter baking his favorite chocolate chip cookies or lacing up his running shoes for a refreshing run. Whether he's in the kitchen or hitting the pavement, he brings enthusiasm to everything he does.

Since joining Nuage in 2018, Jessica has developed a genuine passion for our clients and the breathtaking events we help create. She’s dedicated to being a champion for Nuage Designs, ensuring that every client receives the exceptional service they’ve come to expect and love.

In her free time, Jessica hits the pavement and trails for a few running races each year, enjoys exploring estate sales and antique stores in search of hidden treasures, and continually hones her cooking and baking skills, one delightful recipe at a time.

Outside of work, Jordan is a sourdough aficionado, crafting delicious bread and experimenting with new recipes. She loves planting fresh vegetables in her garden and enjoys hosting family and friends for memorable BBQs.

Camilo Gutiérrez

Graphic Design & Development

Camilo, founder of Domekoto Inc., has been running his own design and development agency since 2010. He has been providing comprehensive support to Nuage since 2016, covering a wide range of needs, including graphic design, stationery and promotional materials, web design and development, as well as photography and retouching. As a result of his ongoing support, he is considered part of the Nuage Team.

With a passion for creativity and an enthusiastic approach, Camilo brings energy and dedication to everything he does. In his free time, Camilo enjoys spending quality moments with his family and indulging in his lifelong hobby of listening to and playing music.

Luisa Meluk

Accounting Administrator

Hailing from Colombia, Luisa has been an essential part of supporting Nuage’s financial health and growth. With a learner’s mindset, she’s excited to contribute to the team’s goals and embraces the positive changes she’s seen at Nuage.

Luisa focuses on personal growth through meditation and mindfulness, treasuring time with her family, enjoying music and concerts with her husband, and describes herself as a mix of romantic, fun, and groovy.

He loves chasing sunrises and sunsets with his dogs and has recently discovered a knack for creating delicious dips with his Thermomix—earning him the title of "Dipper"!

When she’s not crafting standout designs, Cara can be found screen printing in her home studio, diving into DIY projects, roller skating, or whipping up homemade ice cream.

Since joining Nuage in 2021, Wilton has thrived in creating a team dynamic built on great chemistry and collaboration. His passion for teamwork fuels everything he does, ensuring that the team operates smoothly and effectively.

Outside of work, Wilton stays active by running, lifting, and teaching his kids how to play sports. Family time and fitness are his go-tos for recharging.

Don Leo holds a PhD in Learning Sciences and is deeply committed to reading, teaching, and philanthropy. He dedicates much of his time to helping those in need in the community, living out his passion for giving back.
