Job Description
As member of the sales team, The Client Success Manager provides administrative and operational support to the Sales Team in our Miami Headquarters office, ensuring a smooth completion during the closing process and seamless execution of complex event instalations. This role is responsible for transitioning closed orders from the sales to the fulfilment pipeline, monitoring dynamic inventory elements for accuracy and timeliness, and engaging with clients to forge trust. The Client Success Manager also handles customer inquiries, processes payments, liaises with operations regarding fulfilment requirements, and supports the sales effort with various tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
Include the folowing. Other duties may be assigned
- Assist with the processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain and update sales records in the CRM and other tracking systems.
- Colect logistical details directly with clients, including timelines and floor plans.
- Manage multiple order components across order lifespan (transfers, shipment, deliveries) to ensure accuracy & timeliness, including making determinations regarding nsfer timelines and retention thresholds.
- Liaise with Operations on a routine basis to confer delivery/instalation requirements and consult on routes, logistics, and timelines.
- Process payments and assist with general accounting administration as it relates to order/job processing.
- Troubleshoot delivery exceptions and other product related issues.
- Manage Miami Showroom in conjunction with Marketing team as it relates to product refresh, seasonal merchandising, and general upkeep.
- Occasional on-site supervision during complex instalations to ensure optimal client experience and event success.

Language Ability
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents.
- Strong communication skils, both written and verbal.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, percentages, and proportions.

Computer Skills
- Experience working in the GSuite environment, including Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Meet.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with CRM systems and order management software.
- Ability to learn and quickly develop proficiency in new systems is expected.
Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree from four year colege or university desired
Minimum 2 years experience in the Event or Hospitality Industry in one of the folowing functions:
- Sales
- Design Coordination
- Design Production
- Catering Management
- Operations Leadership
Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities
- Event Management / Design, including floor plans, instalation schedules, Run of Show, etc.
- Excelent written communication skils, ability to convey detailed information succinctly & accurately via email.
- Strong organizational skils.
- Self motivated, works well independently.
- Takes direction well.
