While we may have been dreaming of a white Christmas just a few weeks ago, we’re always in the mood for a Cape Cod celebration to warm us up (at least in spirit). Add to that a Luke Wilson Events wedding, and let’s cue this lovely celebration at Chatham Bars Inn just in time to bring in some heat.
Kicking off the festivities was an outdoor cocktail party with a traditional maritime feel. Our Honeydew Palomino and Whisper Green Tuscany linens brought in some cool green neutrals to mix in with white lounge seating and blue and white striped couches. All the colors played so well to bring in that crisp nautical feel!
When we got to the reception, we were welcomed into a gorgeous setting tented by Sperry Tents. A neutral palette was set for the day with tables dressed in our Flax Metallic Burlap linens and runners alongside Ivory Western linens, all seated with wood cross back chairs.
Just the perfect pop of color was brought in on the tabletop with delicate florals in bright coral and with fuchsia orchids cascading onto the table. We love how the napkin tied in to the design, playing off the floral palette with just the perfect gold detail cinching it together.
As guests got ready to dance the evening away, our Fire Metropolitan and Beige Chained linens were scattered around for cocktails and lounge seating lined the dance floor, decorated with our Raspberry Oxford, Orange Barboza, and Natural Western pillows.
As we took in the cool Cape Cod breeze and partied under the canopied tent, Brian Leahy Photography captured each detail and every laugh of the weekend. Cape Cod, with your sandy dunes and soft seas, we can’t wait to see you again!
