Elegant Masquerade Wedding Inspiration

Designed by Vision of Elegance Events, this timeless and glamorous inspiration shoot was inspired by the 15th-century Venetian masquerade balls and was staged at The Armour House, a beautiful and lavish Italian mansion in Lake Forest, Illinois. With a grand staircase and Victorian-style paneled ballrooms, the mansion provided a unique and charming setting that features a rich color palette with shades of rose gold, blush, and gold, accompanied with florals created by Vision of Elegance Events. Luxurious details such as a Swarovski crystal mask from Rodwall Couture, 3-tier champagne tower, and tableware from The Festive Frog added to this elegant affair.

Elizabeth Nord Photography was there to capture every little detail of the beautiful and inspirational designs. Don’t miss the stunning stationery designed by Pink Elephant Events, including a unique scroll menu, and the ornate stenciled cake from Elysia Root Cakes in the photos below.

From Elizabeth Anne Designs:

This glamorous shoot, designed by Vision of Elegance Events, was inspired by the masquerade balls of 15th-century Venice. Lake Forest Illinois’ The Armour House, an Italian mansion with a grand staircase, light-filled paneled ballrooms, and expansive lawn, provided the perfect setting. This modern twist on a masquerade features a glamorous tabletop in shades of rose gold, blush, and gold with florals created by Vision of Elegance Events. Luxurious details such as a Swarovski crystal mask from Rodwall Couture, textured linens from Nuage Designs, 3-tier champagne tower, and tableware from The Festive Frog added to this elegant affair. We love the on-point stationery designed by Pink Elephant Events, including a unique scroll menu, and an ornate stenciled cake from Elysia Root Cakes is the perfect finishing touch. Every image is beautifully captured by Elizabeth Nord Photography!

An NFL Wedding Celebration to Remember with Jordan…

From Jordan Payne Events

For NFL player DeMarco Murray’s nuptials to Heidi Mueller this summer, we created a more ‘chic’ atmosphere with the Gold Capitale overlay along with antique mirrored bars and a custom gold escort card tree.

For DeMarco & Heidi’s guest tabletop design, we went with a very feminine, romantic feel with the Taupe Vintage Lace overlay.  The flow of the ceiling and wall drape along with very loose, more organic florals made this wedding truly everything the couple wanted.

Modern Antiquity Inspiration Shoot by William Parkinson Events

Vintage-inspired weddings are all the rage these days. But what do you do when you have to marry the bride’s soft and ethereal vintage style vision with the groom’s bold and modern approach to their wedding design? Well, wait no more. William Parkinson Events intends to solve this problem once and for all by just adding a little modern flair and some bold patterns to the vintage look in order to create what he calls Modern Antiquity.

The beautiful inspirational shoot took place at The Loading Dock in Stamford, CT, where William Parkinson and team were able to work their magic accentuating and softening the beautiful exposed brick with delicate drapery provided by Shindig Lighting. Traditional ceremony chairs were replaced with tufted leather lounge furniture in order to help bring a modern flair to the space, while incorporating some of our own patterned pillows for a more elegant and refined look. Don’t miss seeing our navy greek key alongside the talents of some outstanding collaborators in the photos below!

Concept Story via William Parkinson Events:

Who doesn’t love a great vintage inspired wedding? Add a little modern flair and some bold patterned designs and voila … Modern Antiquity is born.  More and more often, we’ve been asked to compliment a bride’s soft and romantic vintage style with her groom’s bold and modern approach to their wedding design.  This styled shoot aimed to marry (pun intended) these two styles together and the result was simply stunning!

The Loading Dock in Stamford, CT served as the perfect location to bring this style together.  For our ceremony space, we accentuated yet softened the beautiful exposed brick with some drapery provided by Shindig Lighting.  To help bring a bit of modern flair to the space, we replaced traditional ceremony chairs with tufted leather lounge furniture (also provided by Shindig Lighting) that we accented with mismatched jeweled and patterned pillows provided by Nuage Designs.  Rounding out our ceremony design were custom programs created by Social Alchemy that incorporated a clean and crisp layout complimented with a bold chain accent carried throughout the paper story for the day.
